Charles is CEO of Openbay - a boutique management and marketing consultancy with clients in across multiple countries. Previously he has led Advertising, Transformation and Brand Agencies, including a 9 yr period as a director in the McCann Erickson Worldgroup.
Charles’s experience in transforming consumer orientated businesses in fast changing, multicultural, commercial environments has resulted in projects being successfully implemented in the UK, Europe, Asia and Africa. Particular focus has been on Blue Chip FMCG and retail brands including Coca Cola, Exxon Mobil, L’Oreal, Bank of China, Virgin Money and Sainsbury’s.
In Greece his clients have included WIND ,Gregory’s, OPAP, Loumidis and Protergia. The key challenges being developing retail strategy, redefining the CX and retail design.
